MedVance Academy is the UAE careers program of MedVance Academy, a Kerala training institute for medical laboratory professionals since 2015.
Why we started
Every year, talented lab graduates from Kerala want to work in the UAE but lose months to confusing requirements, rejected documents and unfamiliar exam formats.
We built a single, focused program around that journey: honest eligibility advice, exam preparation that actually matches the test, careful help with paperwork, and interview coaching for Gulf employers.
